Mihal has a love for, and understanding of, data analytics and an active (rather than passive) marketing strategy.  Moreover, she believes in balancing traditional marketing with cutting edge technology and has worked as a beta tester for real estate software companies, a pastime that not only benefits her buyers, sellers, investors, and colleagues but also aids tech VCs who ask her opinion on the latest real estate tech businesses.  Much like the Christie’s brand, Mihal’s data-driven, analytical nature married with her artistic sensibilities and creative partnerships, help her position her sellers’ homes to their best advantage.  Together, they provide unique value-adds to clients, including strong relationships with top-tier, luxury real estate photographers and videographers; a creative PR team working in-house; and a keen understanding of social media advertising.
