William Bill Dator

William Bill Dator has been a real estate broker for more than 40 years and is licensed in both New Jersey and New York. He is also a licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of New Jersey. As part of The Dator Team, Bill has been part of the top performing real estate team in Mahwah for many years. He specializes in commercial real estate and has been involved in numerous substantial real estate transactions in northwest Bergen County, including Ramapo College, Ramapo Ridge Corporate Park, Fidelity Industrial Park, and the Mahwah Business Park, among many other land development projects. Bill's vast knowledge of the real estate market is invaluable in assisting The Dator Team in developing a market plan for their clients.

Bill attended Monmouth College and pursued advanced studies at the University of San Francisco Law School, the University of Connecticut, and Indiana University. He volunteers his time and provides leadership as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ramapo College, Vice Chairman of the Mahwah Board of Adjustment, is a Trustee of the Mahwah Museum, and is a member of the Mahwah Office of Emergency Management. He is a past President of the Mahwah Chamber of Commerce and was Chairman of the Northwest Bergen County Utilities Authority.

Bill held several elected offices in the Northwest Bergen Board of Realtors®, now known as RealSource, and was selected by their board as Realtor® of the Year. He is also a recipient of the Citizen of the Year award from the Mahwah Chamber of Commerce.
