Joy Rothman

Joy A. Rothman is a Realtor-Associate® who specializes in residential real estate, specifically in Monmouth and Ocean County, New Jersey and is committed to servicing her clients – whether buying or selling – with the highest level of customer service. She received the Christie's International Real Estate Luxury Specialist designation in 2019 and her certification as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). Joy is a member of Monmouth Ocean Multiple Listing Service (MOMLS), Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors® (MORR), and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).

Prior to joining real estate, Joy was a hard-working stay at home mom and ran a small decorating business. After buying and selling several homes throughout the years, and helping others stage and design their homes, she realized how much she loved and thrived off of that kind of work. Her passion for helping others ultimately lead her to a career in real estate. She prides herself on her interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and multi-tasking abilities, which help assure her clients a smooth transaction from making the offer to closing. With her design background and her affiliation with Christie’s International Real Estate, Joy is able to leverage the strength of Christie’s unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service programs to assist and support clients throughout the entire real estate process.

Joy currently resides in Little Silver and in her free time she enjoys all the Jersey Shore has to offer- listening to live music, attending the theatre, dining out, cooking, gardening, reading, relaxing on the beach, traveling, and playing with her goldendoodle.
