Jane Babcook

Specializing in a diverse range of properties—including waterfront estates, new constructions, historic homes, equestrian properties, and land acquisitions—Jane brings a wealth of experience to every transaction. Her comprehensive knowledge of the local market, coupled with her expertise in zoning, building regulations, environmental considerations, financing, and title issues, enables her to expertly navigate even the most complex deals, particularly estate sales. In addition to her professional expertise, Jane is known for her approachable and warm demeanor, which has earned her the respect and admiration of both clients and colleagues. She is a respected leader in the Hamptons community, currently serving as a director at the prestigious Sag Harbor Yacht Club—only the second woman to hold this position since the club’s founding in 1899. Jane has also served as Vice Commodore and board member at the Breakwater Yacht Club since its founding in 1989, and she is an active member of the Architectural Review Board for the Village of North Haven.

A proud Sag Harbor resident for nearly 35 years, Jane is an avid equestrian, sailor, skier, and outdoor enthusiast. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her three dogs.
