In addition to her leadership roles, Melissa is a highly accomplished sales professional with over $200 million in residential real estate transactions. Her deep market expertise, strategic vision, and passion for mentorship empower agents to maximize their potential and thrive in a competitive industry.

Melissa holds a BA in Communications from the University of Maryland’s College of Journalism and remains an active alumna.
