Renata Pochintesta

Renata is the Operations Manager at 1 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York State. Throughout her tenure at Christie’s International Real Estate Group, Renata’s extensive knowledge assisting agents throughout all aspects of a real estate transaction has proven to be a major asset to the brokerage. Renata is the coordinator for all commissions received for the brokerage and assists agents in compiling the necessary required documentation for commission payments and other important transactional necessities. She assists the marketing department in preparing digital marketing presentations, brochures and other materials for listing and agent promotion.

Renata embarked on her real estate career as an assistant to Edward Smitha Real Estate Team, a top producing sales team at Christie’s International Real Estate Group in New York City. During her time in this role, she supported associate brokers to develop unique social media and marketing material, organize client communication, and more. Renata has also exercised her real estate license and earned sales experience as a showing agent for a top New York City salesperson – proving her diverse skill set and flexible nature.

Renata earned her bachelor’s degree in communication studies and psychology as well as her master’s degree in public media and strategic communication from Fordham University. During her time as a student, she worked at WFUV Radio as a Marketing & Promotions Student Manager where she gained valuable experience supporting client relations and promoting brand strategy.
