Sami Maalouf

Director of Business Analysis and Lead Generation

Sami Maalouf is the Director of Business Analysis and Lead Generation Program for Christie's International Real Estate Group, serving New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. In his role, Sami built an invaluable lead generation program which secures opportunities for Christie's International Real Estate Group agents. He manages lead generation onboarding, monitors performance and productivity for Christie's International Real Estate Group lead generation teams in the tri-state area. Sami is instrumental in managing key vendor relationships and Christie's International Real Estate Group account to ensure the success of the Lead Generation Program for the brokerage. Additionally, Sami manages placing relocation transferees and broker to broker referrals with local Christie's International Real Estate expert agents to help them with their real estate needs. Sami actively contributes to business development strategies for the company.

Sami is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in NY and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in NJ. He has over a decade of extensive experience in the real estate industry. Sami has been a member on the board of directors of NJMLS for the past four years. He participated in many key decisions and contributed to substantial growth of its membership.

Sami holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from CEFAM, an American business school in Lyon, France and he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from PACE University in New York City. Prior to pursuing his career in real estate, he worked on Wall Street and has a wealth of experience in the equity trading business. Sami has successfully completed the three levels of the CFA charter exam.
