The grand living room has 180 views of Central Park, accentuated by the five bay windows with park views; it also boasts a wood burning fireplace with marble mantelpiece and built-in bookcases, and accommodates multiple seating areas. Double doors open into the dining room, with its antique 18th century decorative panels and views of the park.

Discreetly located off the dining room are the windowed kitchen, a butler's pantry and laundry room. There is a guest bedroom and a full bathroom; the guest room has views of the Carlyle Hotel and can also be used as an office.

The private bedroom wing is quiet with incredible light and open city views. The master bedroom faces east and north, and has an en suite marble bathroom. The second bedroom faces east and south, has its own bathroom and an abundance of closets, as well as access to the south terrace.

The apartment transfers with two additional staff rooms and a full bathroom on the second floor, plus a storage bin. The building has central air.

Designed by Sylvan and Robert Bien and built as a coop in 1959 by William R. Buxbaum, 900 Fifth Avenue is a white glove, full service building, with a 24-hour doorman and concierge.
