Aesha Mehta brings a strong academic foundation and sophisticated financial insight to her role as a Realtor-Associate®. She earned her MBA in Real Estate from the University of Miami and a B.S. in Finance and Supply Chain Management with a concentration in Real Estate from Rutgers University.

Aesha’s career spans investor relations, capital markets, and real estate advisory, with experience at Driftwood Capital, PwC, and Wells Fargo. Throughout her tenure, she contributed to more than $1.6 billion in transactions across hospitality, CMBS, Agency MBS, and development financing—building a deep understanding of complex deal structures, strategic investment analysis, and client-focused execution.

With this extensive background, Aesha brings a high-performance mindset and a commitment to exceptional service to Christie’s International Real Estate Group. She is dedicated to guiding clients with clarity, insight, and professionalism, ensuring they feel supported through every step of their real estate journey.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Aesha enjoys staying active at the gym, practicing photography, and traveling—pursuits that fuel her creativity and passion for exploring new perspectives.
