Arlene attended Rutgers University and Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she graduated from the Silberman School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She spent many years working for major financial firms and Hedge funds gaining knowledge and insight into the world of investment strategy. In addition to her finance background, she also brings a creative element to the table. Arlene has had the privilege of working for Toll Brothers, an award-winning Fortune 500 Builder. There, she was able to learn not only real estate but interior design skills as well. Finance and design were what led her to follow her passions into real estate. Customer service and professionalism are qualities that Arlene attributes to much of her successes. 

Arlene currently resides in Beautiful Monmouth County with her husband, two children and three dogs and is finishing her Masters in Interior Architecture.
