Art Huli is a Realtor-Associate® with an energetic personality and client-centered approach. A native of Bergen County and a recent resident of New York City, Art proudly serves as a liaison between her Northern New Jersey community and fellow Manhattanites.

Described as honest, detail-oriented, and a genuine "people person," her innate interpersonal skills ensure she can easily adapt to the diverse needs of her clients. Before entering the real estate industry, she served as a Senior Assistant Buyer for Bloomingdales, where she honed her negotiation and communication skills. Having been a Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership Scholar at Babson College, where she graduated with a B.S. in Business, Art also possesses strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.

Art is a Christina Gibbons Group buyer specialist and a member of the New Jersey MLS (NJMLS) and Greater Bergen Realtors (GBR). She has extensive knowledge of the Northern New Jersey market and understands the nuances of different neighborhoods. Art is bi-lingual in Albanian and English. She currently resides in Edgewater, NJ. Outside of real estate, she enjoys cooking, skiing, trying the latest culinary hot spots, and traveling to new cities.
