Barbara Ann Stock is a Broker Associate with 28 years of expertise in the Real Estate industry. Embarking into Real Estate following more than 25 years in Nursing, Barbara Ann was self-taught and gives credit to the guidance of seasoned agents for her early success in the industry. She specializes in first-time home buyers, relocation clients, senior downsizing and estate sales, as well as residential and commercial leases. After working with many clients that had complex transactions, Barbara Ann returned to the Real Estate Institute and, in 2004, became a Licensed Real Estate Broker, the highest designation in the industry. In 2006, she earned her Seniors Real Estate Designation (SRES). Barbara Ann is trained to implement Feng Shui into her listings, and her clients are truly delighted with the results. She consistently goes above and beyond for her clients with adherence to strict ethics and principles, which has resulted in an extensive amount of repeat and referral business over the years. She is the recipient of the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) Lifetime Distinguished Sales Award, as well other industry awards and accolades. In 2023, Barbara Ann achieved the prestigious "Quarter Century Club Award"  for recognition of 25 years as a member the Realtor organization.

With her depth of experience and affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate, Barbara Ann is able to leverage the strength of Christie's unmatched corporate marketing resources and superior customer service to assist clients throughout each step of the real estate process. In her spare time, Barbara Ann enjoys writing and walks in parks, and is active with volunteer work for her local food pantries and local charities. She is a member of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America and a member of the ASPCA .She regularly volunteers to assist elderly and homebound residents in Clifton and Essex County with daily needs. Barbara currently resides in Clifton.
