Bowen Pak is and experience Broker Associate and Office Manager of Christie’s International Real Estate Group’s Fort Lee office and the Founder of Eastern Realty, Inc., a firm he established in 1987. With over three decades of leadership in the real estate industry, Mr. Pak is recognized for his deep market knowledge, strategic vision, and longstanding service to both domestic and multinational clients.

Under his direction, Eastern Realty became a respected presence in the Fort Lee real estate community and a trusted advisor to global corporations including Samsung, Daewoo, Hyundai, and SK. Initially founded to serve the American real estate needs of the Asian corporate community, Eastern Realty expanded in 1997 to include residential real estate services across the New York metropolitan area, achieving widespread recognition for its quality and client-focused approach.

Mr. Pak holds a degree in Applied Mathematics and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University. In addition to his professional achievements, he has served in key leadership roles within the industry, including Director, Treasurer, and two-term President of the Eastern Bergen Board of Realtors (EBCBOR), as well as a Director of the National Association of Realtors. During his tenure as EBCBOR President, he spearheaded several major initiatives, including the founding of the Realtor CARE Foundation and the Realtor Real Estate School, and led the merger of three regional trade associations to form Greater Bergen Realtors. In 2020, he was honored as the Greater Bergen Realtor of the Year.

Mr. Pak continues to lead with integrity and excellence as he guides the Fort Lee office under the Christie’s International Real Estate Group brand.
