With a unique blend of corporate leadership and client-focused service, Dale Goberdhan brings a results-driven, strategic approach to the real estate industry. As Broker Manager of the Christie's International Real Estate Group's Summit Sales Gallery, Dale leverages over a decade of dynamic experience in real estate, complemented by a strong foundation in healthcare and business management. 

Dale began his professional journey after earning a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University and an MBA, initially working as a licensed physical therapist for six years. In 2015, he transitioned to real estate—starting part-time—and quickly rose through the ranks. Within his first full year, he became the #1 agent in his office, outperforming over 100 peers and establishing himself as a top-tier producer. 

Recognized for his leadership acumen, Dale was appointed the youngest managing broker in his company in 2018, taking the Metuchen office from one of the lowest performers to a top-10 office company-wide in just 16 months. He continued this trajectory in 2020 by revitalizing the Marlboro office, transforming a six-figure loss into a multiple six-figure profit within 10 months. 

In 2021, Dale was named Regional Vice President for Pennsylvania and Delaware, where he oversaw nine offices and drove 30% agent growth. Soon after, he was promoted to Regional President for New Jersey, managing 19 offices and nearly 1,000 agents, with his region generating approximately $2 billion in annual sales. 

Demonstrating a rare blend of executive leadership and frontline expertise, Dale returned to sales in recent years. In the past 18 months alone, he has personally closed over $11 million in transactions, underscoring his market insight and commitment to client success.
