Desreane "Desi" Daniels, Founder of Bonneau Partners, is a highly experienced real estate professional and Broker Associate affiliated with Christie's International Real Estate Group. Over the years, Desi has excelled in strategic planning, acquisition consulting, staging and design, and residential and commercial sales and leasing. She is known for her successful cross-branding initiatives with local businesses.

Previously, Desi spent nearly two decades with her previous brokerage, where she served as Realtor® and Assistant Sales Manager/Business Development Coach. She managed the entire sales process and closed over $300 million in business. A four-time Presidents Club member with her previous brokerage, Desi was consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents and received multiple awards from the New Jersey Association of Realtors®.

Desi is also recognized for her leadership in recruiting and training, improving sales conversion rates, and creating innovative marketing tools. She holds a B.A. in Communication & Theater from Temple University, with a concentration in Writing for Media and a minor in Business Administration.

Active in her community, Desi is a member of the Community Builders Association of New Jersey and served on the Local Realtor® Advisory Board for the Khovnanian 77 Project. Her core competencies include leadership, mentorship, analytics, marketing, sales, and strategic thinking.
