Dominique Hughey is a dedicated Realtor-Associate® specializing in residential real estate throughout New Jersey. With a strong foundation in human resources across the tech, supply chain, and retail sectors, Dominique brings a unique blend of communication, problem-solving, and client-focused service to every transaction.

Her passion for real estate began when she purchased her own home and experienced firsthand how meaningful a smooth, transparent process can be. Dominique holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is currently pursuing her MBA, further strengthening her expertise in relationship management, negotiation, and business strategy.
