Ferne Lambert is the Director of Education at Christie’s International Real Estate Group, bringing more than 25 years of real estate expertise and leadership to the role. Her deep understanding of the industry, paired with her strong background in marketing, has established her as a respected voice in Bergen County and beyond. In her current position, Ferne leads the company’s education initiatives, providing guidance to new agents through structured classes and hands-on mentorship while also supporting established agents with advanced training and professional development opportunities. 

A longtime resident of Saddle River, Ferne has been actively involved in her community for decades. In 2007, she was honored with the Burgdorff Humanitarian Award for excellence in service. She has served as President of the Bishop House in Saddle River and is a member of the Saddle River Landmark’s Committee. Her community work has also included participation in Meals on Wheels and Habitat for Humanity. 

Ferne’s professional accomplishments include serving as President of Greater Bergen Realtors® (formerly known as RealSource Board of Realtors®), Chairperson of the RealSource Professional Standards Committee, and First District Vice President of the New Jersey State Realtor® Association. Prior to joining Christie’s, she was the Broker Owner of a successful multi-office real estate company for 18 years. Additionally, she attended the Art Students League of New York.
