Jill McAndrews brings a unique and comprehensive perspective to real estate, shaped by a background in design, finance, sales, and agent development. A Chicago native, Jill earned her Associates of Arts degree in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design and later earned a B.S. in Finance degree from DePaul University. She began her career at PepsiCo in finance before stepping away to raise her two sons—an experience that included several relocations, including a move abroad to Ireland and eventually settling in Ridgefield, Connecticut.

Jill’s personal journey navigating multiple relocations sparked her interest in real estate, first as a consumer and then as a licensed agent and referral agent for five years. She later served as a vital team member supporting a top-producing Westport real estate team with over $40 million in annual sales. In this jack-of-all-trades role, Jill managed everything from marketing and listing creation to transaction coordination and closing logistics—overseeing every detail from the initial documentation to the closing table. Her deep knowledge of the business—both behind the scenes and on the front lines—makes her an invaluable resource to both clients and agents alike.

Since 2023, Jill has served as the Manager of Agent Engagement and Retention at Christie’s International Real Estate Group. In this role, she supports over 100 agents across multiple offices, leading onboarding, training, and business development efforts. Whether conducting classes, one-on-one coaching, or strategic planning, Jill is passionate about helping agents maximize their potential and fully utilize the tools and resources available to them.
