Before entering the real estate in 2009, Kate worked as the communications manager for the Wildlife Conservation Society with an office at the Central Park Zoo. She credits that role for forming her people skills and marketing and advertising talents. Clients often gravitate to Kate because her life experiences mirror their own. She's a New Jersey native and young mom who moved from New York City to Hoboken and into the Jersey suburbs. Buyers and sellers rely on her comprehensive local market knowledge and her vast network of professionals, including lenders, attorneys, stagers, photographers, videographers and more. Kate has also done a significant amount of work on her own home, including an addition, so she's well-equipped to advise others when it comes to realizing a property's true potential.

Kate lives in Madison's Knollwood neighborhood with her husband, two children and dog, Riggins. Deeply involved in the local community, she serves on the board of the Madison Education Foundation and is a member of the Madison Pool and YMCA. Kate's children attended local preschools, are currently enrolled in Madison's highly rated public school system and are involved with local gymnastics and travel soccer teams. When she's not hard at work, she enjoys tennis, paddleball and her Peloton. In the summer, you'll find Kate and her family at the Madison Pool or Noe Pond in Chatham.
