Lauren Asedillo is an experienced marketing and operations professional with a strong background in supporting both brand development and day-to-day business functions. At Christie’s International Real Estate Group, she plays a key role in overseeing marketing initiatives while also supporting office operations, helping ensure efficiency, consistency, and a high level of service across the organization.

In addition to developing marketing materials and maintaining brand standards, Lauren is actively involved in coordinating internal processes, managing workflows, and assisting agents and leadership with the tools and resources needed to run their business effectively. Her work bridges the gap between creative strategy and operational execution, contributing to a streamlined and well-supported office environment.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Ramapo College and began her career at Marketsmith, where she built a foundation in market research, data analysis, and digital strategy. She later served as Marketing and Member Services Coordinator at North Jersey Country Club, gaining experience in both marketing and member-facing operations, including program coordination and engagement initiatives.

With a well-rounded background spanning multiple industries, Lauren brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to both marketing and operations, helping support a productive and collaborative work environment.
