Maribeth Germinario is a Realtor-Associate® with over 30 years of experience specializing in the sales and marketing of residential real estate throughout Bergen County and the surrounding region. She is a proud member of the exclusive NJ Realtors® Quarter Century Club. Maribeth has earned various sales awards throughout her real estate career and holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations in addition to being a Christie's Luxury Specialist.

Before entering the real estate industry, Maribeth worked as a broker-dealer service rep for Merrill Lynch, where she honed her organizational and customer service skills. She transitioned into real estate in 1993, and has been a Realtor® ever since. Maribeth is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Greater Bergen Realtors®, the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, and Garden State Multiple Listing Service.

With her previous finance background, deep real estate experience and her affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate, Maribeth can leverage the strength of the brand's unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service programs to assist clients throughout all phases of the real estate process. After selling real estate all over central and northern New Jersey, Maribeth settled in Ridgewood with her family in 2002. Through the years, she has been an active member of the local community serving various roles with Ridgewood High School, Project Graduation, Newcomers, Mt. Carmel MOM's, Junior Women's Club, Ben Franklin, Willard, and Somerville Schools. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, the beach, travelling and walking her dog. A New Jersey native, Maribeth is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing.
