Born and raised in France, Rachel earned a degree in economics at New York Institute of Technology and continued studies at the New York School of Interior Design. Rachel raised four children in Scarsdale and White Plains and has expertise in public and parochial schools, arts programs, houses of worship and community amenities that are essential to raising a family in Westchester. Rachel has served on school boards and Temple committees. Fluent in French and conversational Hebrew.
