Robert Norman is the Chief Operating Officer of Christie’s International Real Estate New Jersey, bringing nearly 30 years of industry experience to the firm’s executive leadership team. Prior to joining Christie’s International Real Estate New Jersey, Norman served as President of Coldwell Banker Realty, where he led significant organizational transformation. He spearheaded the restructuring of local offices into larger district sales centers, enabling broader market coverage while maintaining a high-touch service model. Under his leadership, the company strengthened its value proposition through enhanced virtual and in-person support, streamlined operations, and a renewed emphasis on productivity, agent mobility, and long-term business planning.
