Prior to launching her career as a Realtor®, Sanan was an accomplished and passionate business owner of a café in Hoboken for 10 years, where she gained invaluable insight and experience in sales and marketing. She thrives on helping her clients find their dream home and is confident that she will make the home buying process as smooth as possible. Sanan also has a keen interest in the housing market, and makes sure that she is up to date with all market trends and always consults her clients with the utmost expertise and honest advice.

Sanan currently resides in Hillsdale with her husband and two boys. She is an active volunteer in her community as part of the Parent Teacher Association and Scouts. In her spare time when she isn’t helping her clients close on their dream home, she enjoys kickboxing, cooking, and baking. She is fluent in Armenian and is conversational in French, which helps expand her network of clientele in the real estate industry.
