Sarah Caprio is an experienced Realtor-Associate® with Christie's International Real Estate Group, as well as a licensed contractor (License#13VH08541000). She is exceptionally qualified in helping sellers repair, prepare, and sell their homes to garner the highest return on investment. She also attentively guides her purchasing clients through the home buying process with a unique perspective from her construction background. Not all homes require work, but Sarah understands the cost-benefit analysis from simple touch ups to major rehabilitation. This helps her better serve her clients on both the buying and selling side.

Born and raised in California, Sarah graduated from the University of Southern California, summa cum laude with a degree in Policy Planning and Development. Her career began in medical device sales for Johnson & Johnson and evolved into a role as the Eastern Sales Manager for Sony Cierge. When Sarah stepped back from the corporate life to have more time with her young family, she put her construction experience working with her father to use, and started Home ReMaker in 2015. After years of remodeling homes, Sarah has now merged her professional talents and joined Christies International Real Estate Group serving Northern New Jersey as well as the Jersey Shore.

Sarah’s affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate, allows her to leverage the strength of Christie's unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service programs to assist and support clients throughout the entire real estate process. Sarah is an active member of the community in her hometowns of Wyckoff Township and Chadwick Beach, NJ serving on the planning board in Wyckoff and working with the Chadwick Beach and Yacht Club. Sarah lives in Wyckoff with her husband Mike and her two sons, CJ and Cameron.
