As a former Regional Sales Manager specializing in emerging markets and wholesale mortgage lending at Washington Mutual and Wells Fargo, as well as a leader of community lending divisions at Citibank and Astoria Federal Savings Bank, he brings a deep understanding of lending practices and strategic market insights to every real estate

With his affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate, Sheldon guides buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate journey—from first-time homeownership to the complexities of selling—with care, expertise, and dedication. Whether hosting educational seminars, leading on-site property walkthroughs, or collaborating with key industry professionals, he ensures clients are informed, empowered, and supported throughout the process.

 

A graduate of Western Connecticut State University, Sheldon remains actively engaged in community outreach and personal passions. He serves in church leadership, mentors young men, participates in STEM initiatives with Hofstra University, and supports the migrant food program at Bronx Bethany Church of the Nazarene—delivering meals to fifty families in the North Bronx three times a week.

 

When not working with clients or giving back to the community, Sheldon enjoys fishing, reading, writing poetry, and listening to classic 1950s radio dramas like Johnny Dollar and Sherlock Holmes.
