Sheryl Epstein-Romano, Broker Associate, is a full-time, top-ranked, multi–million-dollar producer specializing in the luxury residential real estate market since 1993. With career sales totaling in the hundreds of millions, she represents sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and investors throughout Bergen County and beyond.

Recognized as a leader in her field, Sheryl has earned numerous distinctions, including Highest Grossing Salesperson, #1 in Highest Sales Transactions, and #1 in Dollar Volume in the Saddle River and Upper Saddle River markets. In 2022, she was ranked the #1 Agent in the 07458 Zip Code (Saddle River & Upper Saddle River combined) for both dollar sales and number of transactions. She has also been named Salesperson of the Year multiple times and consistently ranks among the top tier of real estate professionals nationwide.

Sheryl’s listings have been showcased on the front page of The New York Times real estate section and featured in The New York Post. A longtime community leader, Sheryl served 11 years on the Upper Saddle River Zoning Board of Adjustment, gaining in-depth expertise in land use and zoning. She has also served on the Professional Ethics Committee and the Professional Standards Committee at the Real Source Board of Realtors, earning a reputation for professionalism, expertise, and integrity.

A resident of Upper Saddle River since 1992, Sheryl is deeply involved in her community, sponsoring numerous local events for the USR Garden Club, USR PTO, USR Educational Foundation, and the annual USR Day. Her family has been active in town life, with her children attending local public schools.

Sheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Theater and a Master of Arts in Teaching, with permanent certification in Teaching English as a Second Language. She has taught at Columbia University’s American Language Program and at various public and private institutions.
