Wenge "Walter" Xie has 5 years of real estate experience and more than 20 years of sales and business development. With his experience and affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate, Walter is able to leverage the strength of Christie's unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service to assist his clients at all phases of the real estate process.

Walter, in conjunction with colleague Barbara Duff, focuses on providing clients with the highest levels of customer service possible, in order to ensure their best interests are at the core of the real estate transaction. He understands that the purchase or sale of a home can be stressful, and he works tirelessly to ensure the process is as smooth and as easy as possible. His integrity brings his service of sincerity, trust and reliability. Walter is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the New Jersey Association of Realtors® Greater Bergen Realtors®, and the New Jersey and Garden State Multiple Listings Services.

Walter has been named as a top sales producer at his previous brokerage. He has also received NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Bronze Sales Award three times. In his spare time, Walter enjoys spending time with his wife and family, entertaining friends, and is a long-time tennis coach. Walter holds a Ph.D degree in Chemistry from Lanzhou University, in China. Walter currently resides in Mahwah.
