Perfectly situated in the heart of the Flatiron District, Christie's Flatiron is located at the corner of West 20th Street and 5th Avenue. Designed by architect James B. Baker and built in 1900, the building stands 12 stories tall and features a distinctive arched entryway. Building residents enjoy 24/7 access and an attended lobby.

The Christie's International Real Estate office spans approximately 8,000 square feet on the 9th floor. The modern, open-concept space is designed for flexibility, featuring spacious areas for collaboration, two private conference rooms, and 12 private offices for individual agents and teams.

Flatiron is a vibrant, historic neighborhood that captures the essence of Manhattan, and we're proud to call it home for our second NYC location. The office is conveniently located near public transportation, boutique shops, renowned restaurants, and trendy cafes—including Ralph's Coffee right next door.
