As first-time home buyers, in a pretty intimidating market, they did a fantastic job of introducing us to the home buying process and Westchester County. They were attentive to our constraints and desires and were able to show us (a lot of) homes that truly were a good fit. Given the market conditions at the time that we bought (relatively tight inventory), the team was extremely patient with us as we toured many homes, made (and lost) many offers, and switched our geographic focus a couple of times. We met the Owen Berkowitz and Carol Marrone team just before the pandemic in early 2020. We had listed our home previously with only modest results. In late April, we formally listed our home. Owen & Carol’s enthusiasm, focus, and laser-sharp strategy allowed our home to be virtually presented and shown during the crisis and we were amazed by the leads they brought us.
